On our desk/coffee table/kotasu [a small Japanese table with a heater on the underside] there sits two tiny nondescript packages. They appear white with simple Japanese upon them, relatively easy to ignore. Or they should be. But seeing as I spend countless hours at this multipurpose table using the computer to read, type a script or story, keeping in touch with family via Skye, and of course watching television and movies. And always these two packages sit idly by, in the corner of my vision, reminding me that we need to make decisions.
While Mike and I have discussed much about the wedding, and come to conclusions on slightly less, we still are contemplating a big part of the wedding. The Location. I won't regale you with all the pros, cons, and others that we are discussing, but be sure that if it is at all remotely connected to the issue then we've discussed and debated it.
We have nearly come to a definite answer regarding the location, and thus another big part of the wedding. The Date.
So rest assured that we are ALMOST ready to set a date.
Until then my simple but elegant invitations shall continue to sit teasingly upon my table as a reminder.
Locations.
Date.
Invitations.
If only things didn't need to be in order.
